OLTA is an Artist collective formed in 2009.
The group is based in Tokyo and consists of Toru Inoue, Takafumi Saito, Yoshiro Hasegawa, Meguninja, and Jang-Chi (the founder).

With the focus on collective actions and communications that take place within them, they have presented works in various forms, including painting, performance, and videography.

They have presented their work at various venues and events, including YPAM Direction (Yokohama, 2011/2022), ROHM Theatre Kyoto (Kyoto, 2020), Lilith Performance Studio (Sweden, 2025), and Seoul Marginal Theatre Festival (South Korea, 2014). Their notable works were exhibited nationwide, including at the Aomori Museum of Art (2019), the Busan Biennale (2016), and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa (2014). The winner of the 14th Taro Okamoto Award. .
